We were greeted by a smiley host at the door and were showed to our table. We ordered at the counter, rather than we app, as we prefer the human touch. Our overall experience was really great, and our family meals were served promptly, hot and fresh. Would definitely visit again.

Me and my sister go quite often, usually once a week. The food is often nice (too nice, hence why we are now fat and broke,a Nandos diet is much needed). Staff are friendly, especially Lewis (pretty sure it is his name, apologises if not). He is always very friendly and has great customer service.

Was surprised how quiet it was on a Sunday afternoon. Greeted by a server who said there was no butterfly chicken today. Server said that we could order on line, but due to having a voucher for a birthday we used the till, shown to our table, seat had not been cleaned from previous guests which we wiped. Table had been cleaned however there was food on the floor under tables. I would have thought staff would have been cleaning up due to how quiet it was. Cutlery wasn't that clean and we wiped it down with wipes we had. Food was nice but generally just felt it needed a good clean especially the entrance area. Hopefully next time it will be better as previously always impressed by Widnes nandos.
